Definition:  The study of a property by separating it into constituent parts or areas.

Determine "home equity enhancement value" including but not limited to job description/code requirement/materials + cost:  review qualifications of contractors including but not limited to job descriptions:  what permits are required:  schedule workload and on going inspections until completion:  review insurance coverage:  prepare disclosures:  referrals:  waste management policies:  counseling/meetings:  estimated costs/resale enhancement costs.

Helping the Owner/Investor to understand options requires communication skills and understanding goals and objectives;

Fees and schedule of payments are determined prior to inception of determined activity by Broker and financial abilities of Owner/Investor.
