Definition: The study of
a property by separating it into constituent parts or areas.

until completion: review insurance coverage: prepare

Helping the Owner/Investor to
understand options requires communication skills and understanding
goals and objectives;
Fees and schedule of payments
are determined prior to inception of determined activity by Broker
and financial abilities of Owner/Investor.
